I'm presuming that online grocers in the UK give a delivery window of 1 - 3 hours .

1. Van broken down. Saw one from the company I work for on the back of a breakdown truck yesterday.
2. Short staffed due to some sort of epidemic?
3. traffic buildup due an RTA?

Mind you the way some of them drive and the speed they go, I'm surprised they don't deliver while you're still ordering!  lmao
