Which river has the shortest name in the world?

It's been ages since we had a geography question. So here's one.

I think I might already know the answer to this because my journalist friend who told it to me claims that his answer is copper-bottomed and definitely, decidedly true.

What do you think the answer should be?

Ah, I'd forgotten about that one...but there is another 'one letter' river...and this one should be easy for you with your Norwegian connections.
