Error 404
« on: 08 August, 2013, 09:36:09 AM »
I have wasted at least an hour this morning trying to answer P-K's question;
http://www.intelligentanswers.co.uk/index.php?topic=6112.msg32931#msg32931

Twice it was forbidden and lost.
On the third attempt after getting a 404 I deleted the names of three common tranquillizer drugs and the post was accepted.

It will accept diazepam alone but not the addition of the other two common names of drugs in this class

WHY? trhr trhr trhr Bang head

Incidentally it might be a server space thing - are other members getting the same thing?
It hasn't happened to me so far.

Yep, as you'll see I had to bork the words - I reckon it's a security setting with our host.
I'll bring this to Duff's attention and see if, as the account holder, he's able to verify this with them.

P-K, when it happens to you, what have you been posting about?

I've just seen this error message when posting lots of links in an answer. The links were added with the {url=http:whatnot.com}myText{/url} tags (substituting square brackets for the curlies) and I had 4 links. Took out the links and I was able to post.
I suspect it's all to do with the spam filter...

I think it filters multiples of "spam" or flagged words - see my post re tranquillizers. It posts ok with just one named but rejects the post if more than one named substance is present.
