Which is the best water cooler around?
« on: 19 July, 2013, 10:47:14 AM »
I remember being in the reception at BBC Coventry a couple of years ago, and when I took water from their water cooler, it actually started freezing in the glass - it was fantastically and deliciously cold.  What is the best water cooler you can get that can emulate this, without actually freezing up itself?

I'd always thought that the best water cooler was the one nearest my office.

But looking around the web there is this link...

http://www.thewatercoolercompany.com/

They claim to be one of the biggest suppliers of water coolers in Britain (well, they would say that) and they do have a bliddy good name for their company website.

Anyone who has The Water Cooler Company dot Com as a web name must know what they are doing or, at least, be quick off the mark.

On the subject of freezing water in your glass isn't it, like with a domestic fridge, just a matter of cranking down the temperature control to minus-Captain Oates?

Then you could get frost bite with any make of water cooler?
