23rd April? (although Sirin seems to have been born a day before that if the wiki is correct)

Perhaps you could elaborate your answer (eg V Sirin?) also the apparent discrepancy in dates? I would be far more impressed.
Also other readers of the forum might be enlightened instead of confused by the brevity of your answer.

They are a bunch of folk that share the same birthday, although Billy S.'s birthday seems to have a teeny bit of doubt about it as it was Christenings that were recorded back then. Still, it was his death day, too, so...

Other famous folk in the "23/4" club:
Wordsworth
Pushkin
Turner

However, Sirin (aka Nabokov) was born on the 22nd April. There is confusion as he was under the auspices of the Julian calendar, and after his birth (recorded as 10th April (Julian)), the offset between Julian & Gregorian dates changed from 12 days to 13 days.

Sirin himself was aware of this error, but was happy to go along with it in order to celebrate his birthday with Bill and Shirley.

(missing bit; in 1900, but Nabokov's birth was in 1899 and thus only 12 days should have been added)

Sirin himself was aware of this error, but was happy to go along with it in order to celebrate his birthday with Bill and Shirley.
