Insurance for preexisting medical conditions
« on: 28 July, 2017, 10:11:11 PM »
I have severe COPD A renal arterial tear and a side salad, of peripheral artery disease. I have a flight to Denver (Colorado) booked for August 31st. However, weeks of online searching for comprehensive medical insurance, has pretty well ended with a best quote of 3800 for 60 days of cover and I can't find anything that will cover me for the intended stay of 90 days.

Does anyone have any experience in this area or suggestions on how I might get that quote bettered etc?

Any thoughts would be appreciated and thanks in advance.

Nice to see you again, Funrunna - it has been a while!

Have you tried this comparison site:
http://medicaltravelcompared.co.uk

I know my dad struggled to get insurance after his heart attacks, but finally found some for a decent price through a comparison site.
