That would depend on the particular site you was looking to buy and sell on.
When you register with them they should of made you aware of the terms and conditions and there should also be a link on a page somewhere that will take you to the site T&C.

I think High's after buying and selling the actual sites themselves rather than from any sites.

i was thinking of going for a quite famous reunite site not sure it has come on the market yet so i may not be able to name it

feel free to name FriendsReunited if it's them - ITV are probably looking to flog them off. They're a business asset - the buyer will have to stump up a reasonable amount of dosh to acquire all the rights and other IPR along with the more tangible stuff

well, ITV bought the site for £175M and the current valuation is around £50M. Not the best deal ever made :)
