3.65 Zillion at last estimate.
Incidentally in the Czech Republic girls give painted easter eggs(kraslice)  to the boys on Easter monday, after being whipped with hazel whips( pomlázka ) by the boys on Good Friday. See you when I get back! ;D

It reckons Cadbury manufacture around 40 million eggs per year.
Which they say is about half of the UK market.

So, to answer your question, it must be around 80 million eggs.
